Property Preservation Manager

Overview •This is a management position, not a jobsite labor position. We have an office in Belleair Bluffs that this position will operate from. It does not require traveling to jobsites.• Join our dynamic team as a Property Preservation Manager, where you'll lead the maintenance and safeguarding of residential properties to ensure they remain in optimal condition. This role offers an exciting opportunity to oversee preservation projects, coordinate maintenance activities, and ensure properties meet industry standards. Your leadership will directly impact property value preservation and client satisfaction, making a tangible difference in the real estate and asset management sectors. Duties Manage property preservation operations, including inspections, repairs, and routine maintenance to uphold property integrity. Supervise maintenance teams and contractors, ensuring all work complies with safety regulations and quality standards. Develop and implement maintenance schedules utilizing CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) software for efficient task tracking. Coordinate with vendors for HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and other specialized services to maintain optimal facility operations. Document regular site visits to assess property conditions, identify potential issues, and plan necessary preservation activities. Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, inspections, and repairs for compliance and reporting purposes. Invoice clients and keep updated accounting records. Experience Preferred Proven management experience in property preservation or maintenance roles. Demonstrated supervising experience leading teams of technicians or maintenance staff in fast-paced environments. Project management skills to coordinate multiple preservation projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines. Excellent communication skills in English (Spanish is helpful) to effectively collaborate with team members, vendors, and clients.
