PT Manufacturing & Shipping Assistant

• Temporary/Seasonal Department:

  Operations Reports to: VP of Operations Job Description Assist in producing, quality control checking, packaging, and shipping of personalized Name Bubbles branded labels. Key responsibilities and accountabilities Operate large format machines
• potentially including laminators, and cutters. Sort, label, package and process shipments for delivery. o Inspect orders for accuracy and quality. Organize and maintain a clean work area. Take directions from VP of Operations. Adhere to all safety procedures. Minimum requirements This is a temporary seasonal employment opportunity (roughly Memorial Day through Labor Day). An average of 20
• 25 hours are available per week depending on order volume.

On-going flexibility to satisfy customer needs in a busy, fast-paced production environment. Standard proficiency with computers, printers, and basic software programs. Competent organizational skills and strong attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. o Positive attitude and high energy. Outstanding team player and quick learner. May need to lift materials weighing upwards of 40 pounds. Specific daily roles require standing for several hours at a time. A reliable form of transportation is requested to ensure punctuality. Demonstrated ability to support the Company's core values, goals, and objectives. • 1:30pm, 9am
• 2pm, 12pm
• 5pm, and in August 4
• 9pm role is needed.

Saturday morning shifts are also needed in July and August. Ideal candidates should be willing and able to accept any of the above shifts. There is a Six-week vacation blackout in effect from July 27th through September 13th Seasonal employees are eligible to earn a bonus which is contingent upon the completion of the agreed upon work period.
