Detailed Job Description:

? 10 years in QA with 6 years hands on experience in Selenium automation ? Lead design, development, and maintenance of Selenium automation frameworks using Java/Python/C# ? Define and implement automation test strategy, standards, and best practices ? Ensure automation coverage for regression, smoke, integration, and system testing ? Review automation scripts and provide technical guidance and code quality oversight ? Lead and mentor automation and manual testing teams, assign tasks, and track deliverables ? Collaborate with developers, product owners, and DevOps in Agile/Scrum environments ? Integrate automation suites with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins/Azure DevOps/GitHub Actions) ? Perform API automation using tools like RestAssured or Postman . ? Report test metrics, risks, and quality status to stakeholders ?
