Job Description
Overview Join our dynamic team as a Quality Control Inspector and play a vital role in ensuring our products meet the highest standards of quality, safety, and compliance. In this energetic position, you'll be at the forefront of quality assurance processes, meticulously inspecting manufacturing outputs, analyzing data, and maintaining rigorous adherence to industry regulations. Responsibilities Conduct thorough inspections of raw materials, in-process components, and finished products using precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and vision inspection system Perform detailed quality audits in accordance with
ISO 13485, ISO 9001, FDA
regulations, and other relevant standards to ensure compliance across all manufacturing processes Collect and analyze data related to product quality, documenting findings accurately for review and reporting purposes Support the implementation and maintenance of quality management systems (QMS), including CGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practices) and HACCP protocols where applicable Collaborate with manufacturing teams to identify root causes of quality issues and recommend corrective actions Participate in internal and external quality audits to uphold certification standards and continuous improvement initiatives Skills Strong knowledge of quality control principles within manufacturing environments Experience with calibration and use of precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and vision inspection systems Familiarity with industry standards includingISO 13485, ISO 9001, FDA
regulations, HACCP, CGMP, and related quality systems Proficiency in data collection, analysis skills, and reporting techniques to support quality assurance efforts Ability to operate advanced measurement tools like Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM) effectively Excellent attention to detail with a proactive approach to identifying discrepancies or non-conformities Effective communication skills for documenting findings clearly and collaborating across teams This role is perfect for motivated individuals passionate about maintaining high-quality standards in manufacturing.
