Quality Manager | Manufacturing & Materials (Cement) Lead quality assurance and control operations within a high-volume manufacturing environment, ensuring all products meet internal standards, customer expectations, and regulatory requirements. About the Role You will oversee plant-wide quality processes, from raw materials to final product certification, ensuring consistent product performance and compliance. This role combines laboratory leadership, process improvement, and cross-functional collaboration to drive operational excellence. Key Responsibilities Ensure all products meet plant, customer, industry, and regulatory standards Certify final product quality prior to shipment Lead safe and efficient quality and laboratory operations Develop and implement quality policies, procedures, and strategies Oversee testing across all production stages (raw materials to finished product) Manage and train laboratory personnel and ensure equipment accuracy Drive continuous improvement across processes, materials, and testing methods Collaborate with production, sales, and technical teams to enhance product quality and develop new solutions Investigate customer complaints and resolve quality issues Manage non-conformance processes and ensure corrective actions are implemented Support cost efficiency while maintaining high-quality standards Requirements Bachelor's degree (preferably in Chemistry, Engineering, or a related technical field) 5-7 years of experience in quality management within a manufacturing environment Strong knowledge of QA/QC processes and laboratory operations Experience with Microsoft Office and SAP Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills Additional Information Minimal travel required (Similar remote jobs
