Comfort working with blueprints and quality documentation in a production environment. Interest in learning advanced quality inspection techniques and metrology tools. No prior inspection or machining experience is required; strong mechanical inclination and a desire to learn are the primary qualifications. Why Work Here? Employees join a growing aerospace machining organization with strong projected growth driven by expanding orders in the aerospace and defense industry. Team members benefit from structured training, cross-training opportunities, and the chance to develop valuable skills in precision manufacturing and quality inspection. The organization offers a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, company-paid life insurance, a 401(k) retirement savings plan, paid time off, paid holidays, and tuition reimbursement, supporting both professional development and personal well-being.
