Baldwin Park, CA Job Details Part-time | Full-time 6 hours ago Qualifications Financial data reconciliation Attention to detail QuickBooks Accounting support Full Job Description QuickBooks Specialist - ProColor Collision ProColor Collision is hiring a QuickBooks Specialist whose role will focus only on QuickBooks and bookkeeping-related work for our auto collision body shop. This position is not for estimating, front desk, customer service, production, or general office work. The main responsibility is to keep our QuickBooks accurate, organized, and up to date. The ideal candidate must have strong QuickBooks experience, be detail-oriented, and understand how to properly enter, categorize, and reconcile financial activity for a business.

Responsibilities include:

Work strictly inside QuickBooks for bookkeeping and accounting support Enter bills, expenses, vendor invoices, deposits, and payments Categorize transactions correctly Reconcile bank accounts and credit card accounts Track accounts payable and accounts receivable Maintain accurate records for parts, sublet, payroll-related expenses, rent, utilities, and shop expenses Organize financial information for management review and tax preparation Communicate with management when information is missing or unclear

Qualifications:

QuickBooks experience is required Bookkeeping or accounting experience is preferred Auto collision, body shop, or automotive accounting experience is a plus Must be organized, accurate, and dependable Must be able to work independently Strong attention to detail is required
