We Are Hiring Registered Dental Assistants (RDA) Dental Assistants (DA) Responsibilities Assist the doctor during pediatric and orthodontic procedures Help create a fun, welcoming, and positive experience for children and families Prepare and sterilize treatment rooms and instruments Take digital X-rays and impressions Educate patients and parents on oral hygiene and treatment recommendations Maintain accurate patient records and clinical notes Support team members in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment QualificationsFor RDA Candidates Active California RDA license Coronal polishing and X-ray certification preferred Pediatric experience is a plus, but not required For DA Candidates Dental assisting experience preferred Positive attitude and willingness to learn Excellent communication and teamwork skills What We're Looking For Someone who genuinely enjoys working with kids A team player with positive energy and professionalism Motivated individuals who want to grow with a rapidly expanding practice Compassionate personalities who help children feel safe and comfortable Why Join Our Team?
