Clinical Nutrition Mastery:

Conduct assessments, develop care plans, and monitor nutritional status.

MDS Expert:

Lead and participate in MDS documentation and care plan processes.

Culinary Collaboration:

Work with the Director of Nutritional Services to tailor food preferences, allergies, and intolerances using Meal Tracker software.

Quality Assurance:

Conduct audits of food systems, sanitation, and meal monitoring.

Credentialed:

Registered Dietitian (CDR) & CDN licensed in NYS.

Experienced:

Bachelor's degree in Clinical Nutrition. 1+ year of experience in a long-term care setting preferred .

Tech-Savvy:

Knowledge of dietary software (Meal Tracker preferred).
