$53 $58/hr Position Overview Barrett Hospital & HealthCare is seeking an experienced Operating Room Registered Nurse (OR RN Circulator) for a 13-week contract assignment. This position requires prior Critical Access Hospital experience and flexibility to work varied weekday shifts with rotating call coverage. The ideal candidate will have strong perioperative nursing experience, excellent surgical coordination skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced operating room environment. Key Responsibilities Provide perioperative nursing care as an OR Circulator RN Prepare operating rooms, surgical instruments, and equipment Monitor patient condition before, during, and after surgical procedures Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesia providers, and surgical staff Maintain sterile technique and infection prevention standards Complete accurate documentation using

EPIC EMR

Participate in on-call and callback coverage as scheduled Ensure patient safety and quality care throughout procedures Schedule & Call Requirements Monday Friday varied shifts 4x10-hour schedule On-call rotation required Callback minimum: 1 hour Holiday coverage required Guaranteed hours exempt during holiday weeks Minimum Qualifications Associate Degree in Nursing required BSN preferred Active Montana RN License required Minimum 2 years of OR RN experience required Critical Access Hospital experience strongly preferred (minimum 3 years preferred) Operating Room circulating experience required Required Certifications
