You:

We're searching for a nurse who's not only skilled but also compassionate and motivated to help patients achieve their health goals. If you're ready to make a meaningful impact on people's lives, we want to hear from you. Registered Nurse (RN) with a Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (preferred). 1+ year of clinical experience as a registered nurse (bonus points if you have experience in homecare!). Strong verbal and written communication skills

• you'll be guiding and educating patients and families. Proficient with technology
• navigating EMR systems and using digital tools to enhance patient care. A reliable car and valid driver's license
• you'll be traveling to patient homes, so your own transportation is key.

Physical Demands/Working Conditions:

Flexibility to work both indoors and outdoors while using clinical equipment. Comfortable using a phone, computer, and other digital tools to stay connected with your team and patients. When determining an offer, VNA Health Group considers factors such as the scope and responsibilities of the role, the candidate's work experience, education/training, relevant skills, internal pay equity, and market and organizational conditions. The total compensation range reflects the total package, including base salary, overtime, bonuses, add-on incentives, special clinical compensation, retirement plans, and all other benefits.
