Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) for a MedSurg / Progressive Care Unit (PCU) role in a Critical Access Hospital setting. The RN will provide high-quality patient care for medical-surgical and telemetry patients requiring close monitoring and coordinated treatment plans.

Key Responsibilities:

Assess, monitor, and care for MedSurg and PCU patients Administer medications, treatments, and IV therapies Monitor telemetry and recognize changes in patient condition Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare teams Maintain accurate patient documentation and care plans Educate patients and families on treatments and discharge planning Respond effectively to emergencies and rapid patient changes

Requirements:

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license Minimum 5 years of experience in MedSurg, Telemetry, or PCU settings preferred Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills Ability to work in a fast-paced hospital environment

Certifications Required:

ACLS, BLS/BCLS
