Reliable Housekeeper (Short-Term Rentals / Airbnb Style)

We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented housekeeper to help clean and prepare several short-term rental properties in the area. This is an independent contractor position (not employment), and a great fit for someone experienced with Airbnb-style turnovers or hotel housekeeping. What the

Work Looks Like:

This is a fast-paced turnover cleaning role where each property must be fully guest-ready within a set time: Large homes: up to 2 hours

Cabins:

up to 1 hour Small units / tents: up to 1 hour All cleaning must be completed within these time windows while following a checklist.

Typical Responsibilities:

• Clean and reset rental units between guests
• Strip and remake beds with fresh linens
• Clean bathrooms, kitchens, and all surfaces
• Sweep, vacuum, and mop floors
• Restock basic supplies (paper goods, soaps, etc.)
• Ensure each space looks neat and guest-ready
• Communicate, send completion photos/report any damages or issues and complete checklists using our scheduling system

What We Are Looking For:

• Experience with Airbnb, vacation rentals, or hotel cleaning preferred
• Fast, reliable, and detail-oriented
• Able to follow a structured checklist without supervision
• Able to consistently complete work within time limits
• Reliable transportation
• Pay•$17/hour (independent contractor) Pay structure may also be discussed per property depending on fit and efficiency You will be trained the first week with pay.
• Important Note
• This is a structured, fast-turnover cleaning role, not slow residential cleaning. It may not be a good fit if you:
• Prefer flexible or slow-paced cleaning
• Do not have experience with short-term rental turnovers
• Cannot reliably complete cleaning within set timeframes
• Can't lift up to 50lbs or stand for long periods of time.
