Duties Prepare food items efficiently and according to quality standards, ensuring freshness and presentation. Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS to process orders accurately and handle cash transactions with precision. Provide friendly and attentive customer service, taking orders, answering questions, and upselling menu items to enhance guest satisfaction. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations, dining areas, and kitchen equipment in compliance with food safety regulations. Assist with food handling, bussing tables, and managing food delivery to ensure quick service during busy hours. Support inventory management by restocking supplies, monitoring product freshness, and assisting with food prep as needed. Uphold safety standards by following proper food handling procedures and sanitation practices at all times. Skills Proven experience in food preparation or working in a quick service or fast-food restaurant environment. Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for efficient transaction processing. Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests of all ages. Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during peak hours. Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures. Ability to perform basic math for cash handling, retail math calculations, and order totals.
