You will be responsible for opening procedures, verifying readiness, and establishing a welcoming atmosphere for both staff and visitors. Duties Greet team members and visitors promptly and professionally as they arrive Conduct opening checks of equipment, facilities, and safety protocols to ensure everything is operational and secure Prepare work areas by organizing tools, supplies, and materials needed for the day's activities Review daily schedules, assignments, and safety guidelines with staff before operations commence Complete opening documentation, logs, and checklists accurately and thoroughly Coordinate with management to communicate any issues or discrepancies identified during opening procedures Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workspace to promote safety and efficiency Skills Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail Excellent communication abilities to clearly relay information to team members and management Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, standing, walking, and inspecting equipment for extended periods Proactive problem-solving skills to address issues quickly and efficiently during opening procedures Dependable with a strong sense of responsibility and punctuality Basic understanding of safety protocols and operational procedures in a fast-paced environment
