This isn't just a "desk job". We need a high-energy professional who can navigate complex insurance claims, manage large-scale budgets, and proactively grow our client base. What You'll Do Precision Estimating:

Utilize Xactimate to accurately estimate restoration and construction projects ranging from $1k to $500k , acting as a bridge between the client's needs and our construction solutions.

Full-Spectrum Budgeting:

Build comprehensive job budgets from the ground up, utilizing deep industry knowledge to manage hours, materials, and subcontractor costs without relying solely on software.

Strategic Sales:

Proactively identify and engage with new clients through organic networking, referrals, and industry presence. You will focus on building high-impact partnerships rather than transactional sales.

Claim Management:

Handle insurance claims with a focus on a high conversion rate of approved estimates while maintaining professional, transparent communication with adjusters and property owners.

Project Stewardship:

Navigate all aspects of potential jobs, plans, specifications and building codes, ensuring every project reflects our quality-first reputation. What You Bring (Requirements)

Experience:

Minimum 7 years in construction and 5-7 years in proven sales, estimating, and negotiation.

Technical Mastery:

High proficiency in Xactimate is required; additional experience with Symbility is a significant plus. Must have the ability to hand-estimate complex remodels outside of software.

Network:

Immediate ability to increase sales revenue through existing industry relationships (Property Managers, Consultants, etc.) is a major plus.

Drive:

A "results-oriented" focus with a history of maintaining profitability and meeting strict deadlines under pressure.

Communication:

Exceptional verbal and written skills; with the innate ability to build rapport quickly, a strong sense of empathy for clients in restoration scenarios, and excellent presentation skills.

Reliability:

Willingness to travel across San Diego, Orange and Riverside Counties. Must pass a background check, drug test, and E-Verify. Why Join Us?
