Whether managing transactions at the register or organizing merchandise on the sales floor, your contribution will be vital to our store's vibrant atmosphere and operational excellence. This position is located in Estes Park, CO on Main Street Duties Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional service by understanding their needs and offering tailored product recommendations. Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems efficiently to process sales transactions accurately, including cash handling and credit card payments. Maintain attractive merchandising displays by stocking shelves, organizing products, and ensuring the sales floor is inviting and well-presented. Assist with inventory management through stock replenishment, stock rotation, and participating in regular inventory counts. Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette when answering inquiries or assisting customers remotely, ensuring clear communication at all times. Support the store's sales goals by actively promoting special offers, new products, and upselling additional items to maximize revenue. Provide guidance to new team members if supervising experience is applicable, fostering a collaborative team environment. Qualifications Previous retail sales experience is preferred, especially in retail stores or similar environments. Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with diverse customers and team members. Bilingual abilities are a plus to serve a broader customer base more effectively. Familiarity with POS systems, and basic retail math for accurate transactions. Ability to stand for extended periods while maintaining a positive attitude throughout your shift. Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills to handle inquiries professionally. Experience in merchandising, stocking, and product demonstrations is highly desirable.
