• Friday Position Overview:

  Navitas Healthcare, LLC is seeking RN
• Ambulatory (Hematology/Oncology) for an exciting Travel or Local job in Syracuse, NY.

Responsibilities:

Provide direct nursing care to hematology and oncology patients in ambulatory setting Perform patient assessments and monitor condition changes Administer medications, IV therapies, chemotherapy, and infusion treatments as ordered Educate patients and families on treatment plans, medications, and side effects Collaborate with physicians, infusion teams, and healthcare staff Monitor and document patient responses in EMR (EPIC preferred) Ensure compliance with infection control and oncology care standards Respond to adverse reactions or patient emergencies Provide compassionate support to oncology patients

Qualifications:

Active RN license (NY) BLS required 1.5+ years acute care experience Outpatient oncology/infusion experience preferred

EPIC EMR
