Requirements:

Active Registered Nurse state license BLS certification

Core Responsibilities:

Plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care; perform ongoing patient assessments and document interventions and outcomes. Administer medications and obtain specimens for testing per protocol. Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members and assist with procedures as required. Prepare, maintain, and accurately document patient records, assessments, education, and nursing activities. Maintain a safe therapeutic environment, enforce unit safety/order, and supervise patient conduct. Perform other duties as assigned by management.
