RN Supervisor | Travel Contract Skilled Nursing Facility | 180 Bed Facility Travel Assignment | 36 Hours Guaranteed No Locals — Must Live 75+
Miles Away First-Time Travelers Welcome Schedule:
  • 3x 8-Hour Shifts + 1x 12-Hour Shift
Shift Times Range Between:
3p-11p (8 hrs) 11p-7a (8 hrs) 7p-7a (12 hrs)
    Every Other Weekend Required Facility & Patient Population:
    Support a 180-bed SNF across 5 units caring for residents with:
    • Dementia & Alzheimer's
    • Neurobehavioral & Assaultive Behaviors
    • Rehab/Ortho/Cardiac Recovery
    Long-Term Care Residents Experience Needed With:
    • PICC Lines & IVs
    • Wound Vacs
    • Tube Feeds
    • Catheters & Colostomies
    • Code Management
    • De-escalation Techniques
    Infection Control & Regulatory Compliance Scrubs:
