Roof & Gutter Cleaning Technician

Overview Join our team as a Roof & Gutter Cleaning Technician and become a part of maintaining the safety and integrity of residential and commercial properties. In this role, This role involves assisting with roof cleaning, moss removal, gutter cleaning, and exterior maintenance on residential homes. Experience is helpful but not required, we are willing to train the right person. This is a physically active outdoor job that requires reliability, attention to detail, and the ability to work safely at heights. Duties Safely access rooftops and gutters using ladders to perform thorough cleaning tasks. Remove debris, leaves, dirt, and other obstructions from gutters and roof surfaces to ensure proper drainage and prevent water damage. Operate commercial cleaning equipment safely and efficiently, adhering to all safety protocols. Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently while prioritizing safety at all times. Qualifications Prior experience in cleaning, janitorial work, custodial services, or related fields is preferred but not required; we provide training! Strong attention to detail with a focus on thoroughness in cleaning and inspection tasks. Physical stamina to stand, climb, bend, and lift for extended periods throughout the day. Excellent teamwork skills with a proactive attitude toward safety and efficiency. Basic knowledge of commercial cleaning techniques and equipment is advantageous.
