Benefits $70,000•$260,000 yearly performance-driven potential income comprised as follows: Wages include $17.34 per hour base compensation Vehicle commission plus finance product sales commission combined averaged out to 750-850 per deal with the volume to back it up. Greet customers and identify the vehicle that meets their needs Explain features and demonstrate operational performance on test drives Lead customers through proven selling steps that close deals Present pricing, finance options and complete paperwork Follow up with existing customers to encourage repeat and referral business Prospect for new customers Requirements Energetic, friendly, and motivated to succeed, with excellent communication and customer service skills Automotive sales experience preferred but not required.
