Sales Associate/Assistant Manager

Atlas Storage Yucaipa LLC is a Self-Storage facility seeking to hire a full time, highly motivated, goal focused, customer-oriented team member for the role of Assistant Manager/Sales Associate. We are not just a storage facility as we also offer office suites for business tenants. We are a small family-owned business with a locations also in Calimesa and one in San Diego. As an Assistant Manager/Sales Associate, you will play a crucial role in assisting in the day-to-day operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, and contributing to the overall success of the organization. Position starts at $20-$22 per hour Full Time 40 hours per week Operation hours: Monday - Saturday 8am to 4pm

Strong customer service and communication skills Professional, dependable and self-motivated Ability to multitask and manage administrative duties efficiently Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism with customers Attention to detail in contracts, payments and facility operations Previous experience in retail, property management, hospitality, or customer-facing roles preferred Cash handling and payment processing experience Computer skills Must be able to lift no more than 50 lbs Must be willing to cover at our Calimesa location when needed

Pay:

$20.00 - $22.00 per hour
