Overview We are seeking an energetic and motivated Sales Consultant (entry-level welcome!) who we will train to begin specializing in window and door sales upon joining our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the key point of contact for all of our clients; this includes experienced contractors seeking assistance with a home improvement project alongside homeowners seeking window and door upgrade solutions. Your passion for sales combined with your technical knowledge will help WindowRama clients select the perfect products for their projects while ensuring a seamless purchasing experience. This position offers opportunities to develop your skills in outside and inside sales, negotiation, layout design, and product demonstrations - along with professional development training and management programs designed to help you build your career and earning potential as you grow with WindowRama. Responsibilities Engage with customers both in-store and remotely to understand their renovation or construction needs related to windows and doors Provide expert advice on product features, benefits, and installation options to support high-end sales Utilize tools like IBM system i (AS400) for quotes and product orders to help clients execute their projects Conduct product demos and explain technical details using our sample window and door products in our beautiful showroom location(s) Upsell complementary products such as warranty services, tape, caulk, moulding and other necessary project items we keep stocked and available for immediate delivery Manage account relationships through effective communication skills, negotiation, and personalized service Assist with merchandising, stock management, and POS (point-of-sale) transactions to ensure a well-organized sales environment Requirements Entry-level candidates or proven professionals with sales skills are welcome to apply Experience within the home improvement, renovation, construction, or retail environment space is a plus Customer service focus alongside a professional communication style is required Experience with POS systems, product demos, merchandising, and stock management is preferred - plus we offer extensive on-the-job training Join us at one of our three upcoming
