We seek to hire a candidate with a can-do attitude who is ready to apply their problem-solving skills with an innovative, best-in-class company that highly values ingenuity and personal integrity. Training will be provided for the best-qualified applicant who may lack some of the desired experiences outlined below. What we offer Medical/Dental/Vision Insurance Additional Voluntary Insurance Programs 401K With Employer Match Profit-Sharing Plan Employee Stock Purchase Plan (ESPP) PTO Tenant Sales Representative The pay range is $65,000-$85,000 /YR, depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Job Responsibilities Develop a prospect marketing plan identifying high-value opportunities. Work your plan by initiating outside sales calls. Gather all pertinent information to prepare a complete proposal, including an accurate material/labor cost estimate. Generate proposals to offer specifically defined cost estimates in clear and concise language. Continual follow-up on proposals to close or until the outcome is determined. Maintain organized proposal information for proper and efficient transfer of all necessary documentation to the engineering department. Utilize CRM to track, follow-up, and monitor all customer information and proposal activity. Pro-active communication and customer interaction consistent with USA Fire's stated Purpose/Mission/Values. After closing, hand off all necessary order instructions to teammates. Attend bi-weekly job meetings. Conduct Project Manager functions as required and designated Complete additional projects as developed and assigned by your supervisor or management. Job Qualifications Personal organization is necessary to meet deadline-driven tasks in a timely manner. General computer knowledge and skills. Working knowledge of fire sprinkler and fire alarm codes for system compliance. Ability to verbally communicate clearly on job sites and in construction meetings. Ability to safely navigate construction sites unescorted. Willing to pass a post-offer drug test, background check, and reference check Ability to safely climb ladders and wear standard personal protective equipment as required by the USA Fire Safety Manual and OSHA on construction sites.
