Job Description

You'll help customers find the right wireless solutions, drive sales performance, and create a welcoming store environment. Key Responsibilities Meet or exceed sales goals, performance metrics, and customer service expectations. Assist customers with wireless plans, devices, accessories, and product recommendations based on their needs. Deliver a positive, solution-focused customer experience aligned with Metro by T-Mobile standards. Educate customers on current promotions, pricing, and service options. Support daily store operations including inventory management, cash handling, and POS transactions. Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment. Build strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals. Handle customer questions and concerns professionally and efficiently. Participate in local marketing and community outreach initiatives to grow the customer base. Perform additional sales and store support duties as needed. Qualifications Previous retail sales or customer service experience preferred, especially in wireless, electronics, or retail environments. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a passion for helping customers. Ability to work in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment. Basic knowledge of smartphones, mobile technology, and wireless services preferred. Experience with POS systems, cash handling, and inventory management is a plus. Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities. High school diploma or equivalent required. Skills & Attributes Results-driven with a positive and energetic attitude.
