We're a growing, licensed (C-7/C-10) team looking for a motivated Junior Account Executive to join our sales team — no industry experience required, we'll train the right person. What You'll Do Prospect and develop new business relationships with commercial clients (GCs, property managers, facilities teams) Support senior sales staff in preparing proposals, quotes, and client presentations Learn our product lines (AV, security systems, structured cabling) and represent them confidently to clients Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and client communications Collaborate with project coordinators and field teams to ensure smooth handoffs from sale to install What We're Looking For GED or high school diploma required Comfortable using Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides), CAD/Floor Plan reviews and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Familiarity with or curiosity about AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, or similar) a plus Interest in low-voltage systems, AV, security, or technology strongly preferred Strong communication skills and a professional, self-motivated attitude Reliable transportation for local client visits No sales experience necessary — we provide full training and a steady flow of company-provided leads to get you started Compensation Base hourly wage: $23-$28/hr, DOE (with room to grow based on performance) Monthly team sales revenue bonuses on top of base pay Additional bonus opportunities for self-generated new business, including an annual milestone bonus for top performers Clear path to a Senior Sales Executive compensation plan as you hit performance tiers Why Gotuwired Established company (20+ years in business) with strong local reputation and repeat commercial clients Hands-on training in a growing, high-demand industry Room to grow into a senior sales role Supportive, tight-knit team environment Gotuwired, Inc. is an equal opportunity employer.
