M-F 8 AM - 4

30 PM , 1 Weekend a Month, and one Weekday weekly "on-call" for new patient consents. Incentive bonus for admissions. Unity Hospice is a family owned and operated hospice. Duties:

What you will do: Build relationships with doctors, hospitals, nursing facilities, etc. Promote Unity Hospice as the premier hospice and the best choice for end-of-life care Develop strategic sales plans resulting in increased hospice referrals and census growth Educate referral partners, patients and families about hospice and end-of-life care Assist patients and families with completing consent and other documentation Participate in an on-call rotation
