PTO/holidays, 401(k), medical/dental/vision, HSA/FSA options, EAP What You'll Do Identify, develop, and grow referral relationships within assigned territory Prospect, present, and close new accounts, expanding existing partnerships Conduct in-person visits with healthcare providers and referral sources Educate partners on home medical solutions including ventilators, oxygen therapy, sleep therapy, wound care, and diabetic supplies Collaborate with local healthcare teams to ensure excellent service delivery Track activity and pipeline progress using call reporting tools Attend and participate in sales training and development programs Maintain professionalism and confidentiality in all interactions What You Need Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills Self-motivated with the ability to work independently Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel Ability to build trust and influence healthcare/referral partnersPreferred:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experiencePreferred:
