Job Description

Hiring:

Sales Executive Where:

Powells Point, NC Schap's Sourcing is working with an established outdoor living and exterior renovation contractor on the Outer Banks for a Sales Executive. The leads are already warm — 8 to 10 inbound a week, a 50-60% close rate, zero cold calling required.

Pay:

$40,000 base + 3% commission (bumping to 7% after your first $1M in sales), or go 100% commission at 7% from day one. Your call. Commission pays out as the client pays. What's covered: Company car, phone, computer, and educational support.

What you need:

A valid driver's license and an insurable driving record Real experience running a CRM and managing your own pipeline You live on the Outer Banks or close enough to actually make the drive — this one matters more than anything else on this list What gets you hired: Four things, before your resume even gets read — committed to success, goes the extra mile, puts people first, committed to learning. If you're a closer with a background in home services, roofing, landscaping, or a similar sales-driven trade, you already have the instincts. The systems get taught fast.
