The Vegas Thrill is seeking an energetic, results-driven Account Executive to generate ticket revenue and build lasting relationships throughout Southern Nevada. The primary focus is outbound sales of season tickets, partial plans, group experiences, premium seating and individual match products. The ideal candidate brings ticket-sales experience in professional or collegiate athletics, strong prospecting discipline and a fan-first approach. Experience using the AXS ticketing platform is preferred.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Meet or exceed individual revenue, activity and new-business goals established by the Vice President of Partnerships and Ticketing.
- Sell the full Vegas Thrill ticket portfolio, including full-season memberships, partial plans, flex products, group outings, premium seating and individual-match tickets.
- Build and manage a qualified sales pipeline through high-volume outbound calling, email, social selling, referrals, networking and community outreach.
- Conduct needs-based conversations and presentations with consumers, businesses, schools, youth volleyball clubs, community organizations and other prospective buyers.
- Use the team's CRM and AXS ticketing systems to document activity, maintain accurate customer records, process orders and manage follow-up tasks.
- Develop group-sales programs and theme-night opportunities that support attendance, revenue and community engagement objectives.
- Provide timely, professional service before, during and after the sale; resolve routine account needs and coordinate escalations when appropriate.
- Participate in arena seat visits, sales events, community appearances, match-day activations and other team initiatives.
- Collaborate with ticket operations, marketing, partnerships and game presentation to deliver a seamless fan experience.
- Maintain current knowledge of ticket products, pricing, inventory, promotions, policies and the women's professional volleyball landscape.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant sales experience.
- Ticket sales, sports sales or related revenue-generation experience at the professional or collegiate level.
- Demonstrated ability to prospect, build relationships, overcome objections and close business.
- Strong verbal, written, presentation, organizational and time-management skills.
- Comfort working toward measurable sales and activity goals in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Ability to work evenings, weekends and holidays as required by the match and event schedule.
- Reliable transportation for meetings, events and community outreach throughout the Las Vegas Valley.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Hands-on experience with the AXS ticketing platform.
- Experience with a sports CRM, sales engagement tools and digital prospecting platforms.
- Established relationships within the Las Vegas/Henderson business, sports, education or youth-volleyball communities.
- Knowledge of volleyball and enthusiasm for growing women's professional sports.
