  • Private Client Account Executive is responsible for managing and servicing a high-net-worth (HNW) personal lines book of business, quoting and binding new business, conducting renewal reviews, and delivering exceptional client service.
This role works closely with agency leadership to support client retention, maintain policy compliance, and provide expert guidance across high-net-worth insurance products. Responsibilities Manage and service an assigned High-Net-Worth (HNW) book of business with accounts exceeding $50K in premium. Prepare new business and renewal submissions, including marketing, rating, proposal presentations, applications, and binder processing. Create insurance applications, supplemental forms, binders, coverage summaries, Broker of Record forms, certificates, Evidence of Property, and Auto ID cards. Conduct comprehensive client renewal reviews to support retention. Maintain current knowledge of industry trends, product updates, coverage enhancements, and emerging technologies. Meet agency service standards and quality performance metrics. Ensure policy compliance and maintain confidentiality of client and company information. Assist with agency projects and additional assignments as needed. Provide backup support for other Account Managers. Build and maintain strong client relationships while delivering exceptional customer service. Maintain accurate workflows and agency procedures. Qualifications 5+ years of High-Net-Worth Personal Lines insurance experience. Minimum 3 years managing accounts with $50K+ in total premium. Active Property & Casualty Insurance License in good standing. Experience with High-Net-Worth carriers including Chubb, AIG, PURE, Cincinnati, Berkley One, and wholesale brokers handling Excess & Surplus Lines business. Working knowledge of AMS360 preferred. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills. Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills. Strong organizational, planning, and multitasking abilities. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Commitment to continuous process improvement and professional development. Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams), agency management systems, carrier portals, and Scribe. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build lasting client relationships. Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to manage shifting priorities.
