We're Arkansas' leading marketing agency, and we're looking for a Senior Account Executive to help us continue making waves. Position Overview The Senior Account Executive plays a critical role as both the voice of the client within the agency and the agency's representative to the client. You'll be responsible for managing client relationships, leading marketing programs that deliver results, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to execute creative strategies. This position combines leadership, strategic thinking, and project management: ideal for someone who thrives on working with intensity, applying intelligence, and making a lasting impact through successful marketing campaigns.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities Client Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction, retention, and trust by delivering on our promise of strategy, performance, and results, while demonstrating intensity in service and communication.
Strategic Leadership:
Develop and execute marketing programs aligned with clients' business goals and budgets, ensuring that our core promise of strategy, performance, and results is delivered through collaboration and intelligence at every stage.
Project Execution:
Oversee the day-to-day development and implementation of approved marketing plans, ensuring projects stay on track and deadlines are met.
Collaboration:
Serve as the liaison between clients and all internal teams (creative, media, analytics, web development, etc.) to coordinate deliverables.
Budget:
Negotiate proposals and budgets with clients, making necessary adjustments.
Problem Solving:
Apply critical thinking and intelligence to resolve challenges, ensuring projects maintain momentum and deliver results that reflect our promise of performance and impact.
Leadership Support:
Supervise account managers and interns, fostering professional growth and maintaining productivity.
Client Engagement:
Travel occasionally for client meetings, presentations, or shoots, as needed.
AI:
Appropriately applies AI-assisted tools and technologies to job duties, following organizational guidelines on data privacy, security, and responsible AI use. Qualifications Bachelor's degree preferred, but candidates with relevant experience are encouraged to apply. 5+ years of experience in account management, marketing, or related fields; agency experience strongly preferred. Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment. Expertise in marketing strategies, including digital and media campaign development. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly to both internal and external stakeholders. Demonstrated problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt in fast-paced situations. Communication & Reasoning Ability Ability to read, write, and comprehend complex instructions and correspondence. Excellent communication and presentation skills in both one-on-one and group settings. Ability to apply logical reasoning to solve problems involving multiple variables. Work Environment Normal office environment with hybrid work flexibility. Occasional travel may be required for client visits, presentations, or ad production.
