Job Description

Personal Lines Account Executive The Personal Lines Account Executive serves as the primary point of contact for clients, managing relationships and handling day-to-day service needs. This is a high-touch, client-facing role where you will take ownership of your accounts-guiding clients through coverage decisions, renewals, and ongoing service with a proactive, solutions-focused approach. We are seeking someone who is experienced, responsive, and committed to building long-term client relationships. What You'll Do Client Relationship Management Serve as the primary point of contact for an assigned book of Personal Lines clients Build and maintain strong client relationships focused on retention and trust Provide clear, timely, and professional communication Deliver a responsive, high-touch client experience Take ownership and deliver results for clients Account Management & Service Handle all service work including endorsements, billing questions, and policy changes Review and analyze coverage, limits, deductibles, and pricing options Guide clients through renewals and remarketing when appropriate Ensure policies are accurate, complete, and properly structured Problem Solving & Advocacy Address client questions and concerns with a solutions-focused mindset Work through complex coverage scenarios and provide recommendations Coordinate with carriers and underwriting partners as needed Team Collaboration Work closely with producers, leadership, and support staff Contribute to a positive, team-oriented culture Support overall department goals and service standards What Success Looks Like Clients feel confident, informed, and well taken care of High retention through strong relationships and proactive service Work is completed accurately and efficiently You take ownership of your book and anticipate client needs You contribute positively to team culture and performance What We're Looking For Experience & Skills Active Tennessee Property & Casualty Insurance License 2-5+ years of Personal Lines Account Management experience Strong knowledge of Personal Lines coverages in an independent agency setting Experience with AMS360 preferred Excellent communication and client relationship skills Strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail Personal Traits Proactive and takes ownership of accounts High sense of urgency and responsiveness Relationship-driven with a client-first mindset Team-oriented with a positive attitude Thrives in a fast-paced, high-touch environment
