Job Description

Client Relations Coordinator Position Summary The Client Relations Coordinator provides operational and administrative support for lender and partner accounts. This role assists the Client Relations team with scheduling, reporting, documentation, onboarding coordination, account tracking, and internal communication management. The Client Coordinator helps ensure day-to-day workflows are organized, documented, and executed efficiently across departments. Reports to a Senior VP of Client Relations Key Responsibilities Support the Client Relations team with daily account coordination activities. Assist with onboarding documentation, campaign tracking, and account setup tasks. Maintain internal records, reporting spreadsheets, CRM updates, and partner documentation. Coordinate meeting schedules, follow-up items, and client communication tracking. Assist with invoice tracking, reconciliation requests, and reporting preparation. Route requests and communications between internal departments and external partners. Help monitor campaign pacing, reporting submissions, and operational timelines. Escalate urgent operational issues to management when necessary. Support organization of SOPs, account notes, process documentation, and training materials. Assist in maintaining compliance-related documentation and partner records. Qualifications 1-3 years of administrative, account support, operations, or client coordination experience. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. Critical thinking and problem-solving. Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Familiarity with CRM platforms, spreadsheets, and project management tools preferred.
