We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team in Lake Forest, CA. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, acquiring clients, and driving revenue growth specifically for software development projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and generate new business opportunities in the software development domain Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders Bring in new clients/projects for software development Understand client requirements and coordinate with technical teams for proposal development Negotiate contracts, pricing, and close deals successfully Maintain a strong sales pipeline and achieve monthly/quarterly targets Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery and client satisfaction Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Proven experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition in IT/software services Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Ability to generate leads and convert them into long-term clients Self-motivated with a target-driven approach
