We're growing our team and looking for an Experience & Partnerships Specialist who can help us create an exceptional experience for our clients while also expanding our reach into the community. This is a unique hybrid role. You'll help keep the practice running smoothly, care for the people already connected to us, and proactively create relationships that bring more of the right people into our community. What You'll Do Practice Operations Coordinate day-to-day office operations and help keep the practice organized and running smoothly Manage scheduling, client communications, administrative tasks, and payment support Maintain systems, processes, and records with accuracy and attention to detail Identify opportunities to improve the efficiency and quality of our internal systems Client Experience & Care Create a warm, welcoming, and professional experience for every person who interacts with Harmony Center Communicate with current and prospective clients through phone, text, email, and in-person interactions Coordinate follow-up throughout the client journey Help prospective clients understand their next steps and confidently move forward when they're ready Support client retention, reactivation, referrals, and ongoing relationship building Notice what clients need and take initiative to make their experience better Partnerships & Growth Identify businesses, organizations, practitioners, and community leaders who are aligned with Harmony Center's mission Initiate and nurture relationships with potential referral and community partners Conduct proactive outreach through email, phone, networking, events, and in-person relationship building Generate qualified leads and opportunities for the practice Follow up with prospective clients and help move them through our intake process Track outreach, leads, conversions, partnerships, and other key outcomes Experiment with new ideas for growing Harmony Center's visibility and community presence What We're Looking For You don't need to have experience in every part of this role. We're more interested in your character, communication skills, initiative, and ability to learn. You may be a great fit if you are: Highly organized and naturally good at keeping track of details Warm and personable , with an ability to make people feel seen and cared for Proactive —you notice what needs to happen and take action without always being asked Comfortable communicating with new people and building relationships Curious and willing to learn about sales, outreach, and business development Comfortable with both routine administrative work and more creative, outward-facing work You can sit down and handle administrative work for a few hours, then switch gears and confidently reach out to a potential partner or follow up with a prospective client Able to follow through consistently and take ownership of your responsibilities Motivated by measurable results while still valuing authentic relationships Interested in health, wellness, personal growth, and helping people live more fully What Success Looks Like Over time, we want to see: A smooth and consistent client experience Strong follow-up with prospective and current clients Well-organized administrative systems More qualified leads entering the practice New relationships with aligned community partners Increased Discovery Workshop bookings and conversions More referrals and reactivation of past or inactive clients New ideas that help Harmony Center reach more of the people we are here to serve Compensation & Schedule $28-32/hour, depending on experience 30 hours per week Benefits & Perks Performance-based bonus opportunities (up to $4,000 annually) Health Assurance
