• Serve as the primary interface between customers and the internal manufacturing team to ensure seamless communication
• Act as the key liaison providing customers with timely updates on sourcing activities and project status
• Coordinate and manage all customer shipping logistics to ensure on-time delivery
• Prepare and process RFQs, RFPs, and all contractual provisions with accuracy and attention to detail
• Enter and set up new customer account information within company systems
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve customer issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner
• Ensure customer adherence to established contract terms and conditions Key Requirements
• BS Degree in Manufacturing or a related field
• Minimum of 3+ years of experience in Sales or Customer Service
