Client Liaison Confidential Posting Orlando, FL Job Details Full-time $19 - $21 an hour 23 hours ago Qualifications Customer communication Interpersonal skills Filing Attention to detail Organizational skills Law office experience Full Job Description Client Liaison In Person - Orlando, FL Full-Time About the Role A well-established elder law firm in Orlando is looking for a warm, organized, detail-driven Client Liaison to be the first voice and first face our clients' experience. You'll be one of the team members answering our phones, the person who greets clients when they walk through the door, and the glue that keeps our seven attorneys' schedules running smoothly. If you love making people feel welcome and taken care of, and you're the kind of person who doesn't let details slip, we'd love to meet you. What You'll Do Answer incoming calls (alongside two other team members), triage each caller to the right next step Transfer calls, take detailed messages, and promptly relay them to attorneys by email Manage our client communication system (Kenect), including confirming upcoming appointments Respond to general inquiries about the firm in a friendly, professional manner Run conflict checks and schedule new clients with the attorney best suited to their case Set up new client files in our Client Management System (CMS) Send a welcome card to every new client once the firm has been retained Greet clients and visitors as the first face of the firm, and escort them to conference rooms for consultations Offer clients refreshment and make sure they're comfortable Process client payments accurately What We're Looking For A friendly, professional, welcoming demeanor — you genuinely enjoy being the first point of contact Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail Great verbal and written communication Ability to stay calm and multi-task, especially during busy call periods Comfort learning new office software, systems and protocols Discretion in handling confidential client information Prior experience in a legal, medical, or other professional client-services setting is a plus, but not required

Full-time, standard business hours
Pay:
$19.00-$21.00 per hour, depending on experience
