Job Description
We are currently seeking a Provider Account Manager to join our team at Care Connect Medical. This role is responsible for managing provider onboarding, engagement, and long-term relationship success across our provider network.
The Provider Account Manager will serve as the primary liaison between Care Connect Medical and referring providers, ensuring providers are successfully onboarded, supported in their use of our systems, and engaged through ongoing communication and performance reviews. This role also monitors provider satisfaction, performance metrics, and CRM data to identify opportunities for improvement and strengthen provider partnerships.
Key responsibilities include:
• Leading onboarding for new providers, including portal training and adoption follow-ups Managing ongoing engagement with Tier 1 and Tier 2 provider accounts through meetings and performance reviews Supporting Tier 3 and Tier 4 accounts and assisting with escalations when needed Monitoring provider performance metrics, satisfaction scores, and CRM dashboards Identifying at-risk accounts and working with leadership on engagement strategies Acting as the primary liaison between providers and internal teams to resolve issues and improve workflows Supporting provider network growth and expansion initiatives Maintaining accurate provider data and reporting within SalesforceThe ideal candidate will have strong relationship management skills, experience working with physician practices or healthcare providers, and the ability to manage multiple accounts in a fast-paced environment. Or, the below:
• Worked directly with physician offices or medical groups Managed provider relationships or referral networks Onboarded providers to healthcare platforms or systems Coordinated across internal healthcare teams to resolve operational issues Used CRM systems such as Salesforce to track provider engagementPersonality fits: Relationship Builder Someone who enjoys maintaining long-term professional relationships and communicating regularly with providers. Highly Organized Able to manage multiple provider accounts, meetings, follow-ups, and onboarding processes without losing track of details. Problem Solver Comfortable addressing operational issues between providers and internal teams and finding solutions quickly. Confident Communicator Able to communicate professionally with physicians, practice administrators, and healthcare leadership. Process-Oriented Someone who understands workflows and enjoys improving processes through data and feedback.
As this is not a sales role, a candidate with a purely sales background should not be considered.

$60,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
