What You'll Do As a Customer Account Representative, you'll serve as a key point of contact for customers and dealer partners by: Responding to customer calls, emails, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner
Providing accurate product information and support using company resources, catalogs, and website tools
Managing order status requests and electronic order inquiries
Processing returns, credits, factory chargebacks, and return authorizations
Coordinating order changes, cancellations, and updates
Researching and resolving customer concerns with a sense of urgency
Initiating and monitoring freight claims
Scheduling factory shipments and drop deliveries
Supporting dealer partners and internal teams with customer service needs
Assisting customers visiting the showroom when needed
Helping maintain inventory and literature materials
Monitoring stock levels and communicating important updates
Maintaining accurate records and ensuring customer information is properly documented
What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and adapt to changing business needs
Strong problem-solving abilities and customer-focused mindset
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general computer systems
Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen
Preferred Qualifications
1-2 years of customer account management, customer service, retail support, inside sales support, or order management experience
Experience working with ERP systems such as AS400
Previous experience supporting customers in a product-based, showroom, retail, manufacturing, or distribution environment
