Job Description

In this customer-facing role, you will assist customers with wireless products, mobile services, devices, promotions, and account options. You will help identify customer needs, explain available options, support new account enrollment and service activations, and provide professional customer service throughout the sales process. This is an entry-level retail sales and customer service position. Previous wireless or sales experience is not required. We provide paid training, ongoing support, and coaching to help you learn the products, services, and sales process. Ask questions to understand customer needs. Explain available wireless products, services, devices, promotions, and account options. Assist customers with new account enrollment and service activations. Recommend products and services based on customer needs. Answer general account and service-related questions. Provide strong customer service throughout the sales process. Maintain accurate information related to customer interactions and accounts. Work toward individual and team sales and customer service goals. Maintain a professional presence inside the assigned retail location. Participate in paid training, coaching, and team meetings. What We're Looking For Strong communication and customer service skills. Dependable, organized, and comfortable speaking with new people. Willingness to learn wireless products, services, and sales processes. Ability to receive feedback and apply training. Comfortable working independently while contributing to a team. Professional attitude in a customer-facing retail environment. Ability to work a flexible retail schedule. Previous sales or wireless experience is helpful, but not required. Transferable Experience Candidates come from many different backgrounds. Experience in retail, customer service, sales, hospitality, restaurants, serving, guest services, telecommunications, events, brand representation, account support, community outreach, or other customer-facing roles can provide useful transferable skills for this position. Military experience is welcome. Leadership, teamwork, accountability, adaptability, communication, discipline, and the ability to learn quickly are all valuable skills in this role.
