Job Description
Account Manager Seeking an organized, motivated, and charismatic individual to join our growing team in the role of Account Manager. Our ideal candidate will have strong sales focus and be able to provide exceptional customer service to existing customers. Must be a strong team player with integrity, a willingness to learn, and a passion for customer service. You will be taking over an existing book of business and while it is fast paced, we will be alongside you the entire time to assist as needed. This is a salaried position with commissions and full benefits. Starting pay will be based on experience, increasing as your value to the company does.
Responsibilities Include:
- Develop and maintain solid relationships with customers, focusing on both the main site contact as well as the next level above and below.
- Maintain communication with clints in a quick and professional manner.
- Perform site walkthroughs with customers to ensure quality and service expectations are met.
- Find solutions for customer issues or concerns.
- Proactively present site enhancements to existing customers.
- Assemble renewals for Landscape and Snow contracts and follow through till the resolution.
- Ensure a safe environment for employees, customers and the general public.
- Generate referrals for new or additional sales from existing client base.
- Develop accurate estimates and takeoffs for both new and existing clients as needed.
- Communicate regularly with the Production Managers to ensure client needs and expectations are consistently met and exceeded.
- Ensure the business financial goals are met by maintaining acceptable gross margins on all contracts and enhancements.
- Participate in weekly team meetings as we work together to improve in all areas.
- Ensure client information is always up to date in our company software, BOSS.
- Other tasks and duties as assigned by Branch Manager.
