Job Title:
Senior Account Manager - Landscaping and Snow Management Position Overview We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Senior Account Manager to lead our account management team with a strong focus on sales and business growth. This role is responsible for generating revenue through new business development and account expansion, while also mentoring Account Managers to achieve sales goals. The Senior Account Manager will play a key role in driving profitability, managing performance metrics, and ensuring our landscaping services continue to exceed client expectations. Key Responsibilities Drive revenue growth by developing new business opportunities, expanding existing accounts, and consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets. Lead and mentor Account Managers to achieve sales, retention, and performance goals. Build and strengthen relationships with key decision-makers at current and prospective accounts. Develop proposals, bids, and presentations that highlight value-added services and enhancements. Partner with operations teams to ensure services align with client needs and support sales initiatives. Track, analyze, and report on sales metrics, account performance, and pipeline activity, providing insights to leadership. Establish and monitor KPIs for Account Managers, ensuring accountability and consistent performance. Coach Account Managers on consultative selling, client presentations, upselling strategies, and use of CRM tools. Participate in contract negotiations, renewals, and long-term agreements. Collaborate with leadership on pricing strategies, forecasting, and market positioning. Stay current on industry trends, competitive activity, and client needs to identify new opportunities. Qualifications 5 years of landscaping and snow removal or service industry account management experience, with a proven track record in sales and revenue generation . Experience leading or managing a team (preferred). Strong sales skills, including prospecting, consultative selling, and closing. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities. Ability to develop and execute account growth strategies. Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting, proposals, and profitability analysis. Experience in managing and reporting on sales and performance metrics. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM/landscape management software (preferred).
