Job Description
Del Sol Consulting is seeking an Entry Level Account Representative to support AT&T Fiber customer acquisition and account development. This position is designed for individuals who want to gain practical experience in sales, strengthen their communication abilities, and develop valuable customer relationship skills. In this role, you will represent AT&T Fiber by speaking with customers, learning about their internet needs, explaining available fiber services, and guiding qualified customers through the enrollment process. You do not need prior sales experience to apply. We value a strong work ethic, a willingness to learn, and a professional approach to customer interactions. What You'll Do Introduce AT&T Fiber services to prospective customers. Learn customer needs and communicate relevant internet solutions. Support customer enrollment and maintain accurate account information. Develop effective sales strategies through coaching and hands-on experience. Build customer trust through clear communication and consistent follow-up. Work alongside the team to meet daily and monthly sales objectives. Entry Level Account Representative Qualifications Strong verbal communication and active listening skills. Comfortable interacting with customers in a professional setting. Willingness to learn sales, enrollment, and account support. Positive attitude with reliable attendance and a strong work ethic. Previous experience in retail, customer service, or sales is helpful, but not required.
