General Responsibilities:
As the National Account Division Champion, supporting Terracon's East Midwestern division, you will act as the primary point of contact for designated nationally focused accounts, partnering with operations to oversee all aspects of the client relationship. This includes managing day-to-day needs, identifying opportunities to expand services, and driving strategic initiatives that enhance client satisfaction, strengthen long-term partnerships, and maximize revenue and profitability. You will work closely with all offices within the division, collaborating efforts to grow national accounts.
Essential Roles and Responsibilities:
Partners with the Director of National Accounts (DNA), Associate Director of National Accounts (ADNA), and Senior Client Development Manager (SCDM) for the division to identify key target National Accounts each year that align with division plans, spotlight sector clients, and common goals. Leads a monthly sync call with the Director of National Accounts (DNA), Associate Director of National Accounts (ADNA), and Senior Client Development Manager (SCDM) to collaborate on strategy, action items, and results, measured with predetermined KPIs for the role. Supports the growth of National Account revenue in other divisions by working with other Divisional Champions (once established) and other National Account Managers (NAMs). Develops strategies and drives revenue for key National Accounts, with a focus decentralized accounts within the Division. Works with Division key contacts to drive growth for Pod teams. Assists Service Lines and Operations with resource identification and allocation on large projects within the Division. Has at least 1 active National Account and participates in the Operational NAM program. Assists National Accounts with tracking and following up on UR, WIP, and AR on target National Accounts within the Division. Participates in Division Client Development calls, initiative calls, Pod calls, and other leadership calls, to be the 'eyes and ears' of the on-goings of the Division to capture potential opportunities for decentralized National Accounts. Travels at least monthly for meetings with clients
Requirements:
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in business, civil engineering, earth sciences, construction management or related field and a minimum of 8 years' related experience. Or, in lieu of a degree, a minimum of 12 years' related experience. Experience in client relations and managing accounts having a national footprint in the A/E/C industry. Experience in marketing professional services and managing accounts in Terracon's strategic business sectors. Valid driver's license with acceptable violation history may be required.
Preferred Certification:
PE, PG, CPSM, LEED
AP or other professional designation Terracon Authorized Project Reviewer #LI-TB1
