As we continue to grow, we're looking for motivated individuals who are eager to build a career in landscape management. Position Summary The Associate Account Manager (AAM) is a leadership development role designed to prepare future Account Managers through hands-on training and mentorship. Working alongside experienced leaders, you'll gain experience in landscape operations, crew leadership, client service, and account management while developing the skills needed to successfully manage a portfolio of commercial maintenance accounts. Minimum Requirements A two or four year degree in a relevant field At least one internship in the landscape industry OR equivalent industry work experience Knowledge of all associated machinery and trucks involved in delivering our products and services. Demonstrated ability to design small landscape projects. Experience with, and basic knowledge of, computer operation. Ability to learn Aspire quickly. Excellent written and oral communication skills, in English. Valid driver's license with a clean record over the last three years. Ability to pass required Department of Transportation physical. Good physical condition. Mental ability to make quick decisions, supervise workers, perform manual labor and interpret data.
