As a Rental Technician, you will be the face of our operation, responsible for managing rental equipment, assisting clients, and ensuring safety protocols are followed. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide expert assistance with rental equipment and emergency equipment setup needs Manage the rental process from start to finish, including processing cash transactions using POS systems and handling cash accurately Ensure all safety procedures are followed, including adherence to safety protocols Assist with emergency job management tasks such as setting up equipment outdoors, organizing equipment, and coordinating with clients on progress of their projects. Handle conflict management professionally by resolving client concerns promptly and courteously Perform manual handling of heavy equipment and ensure proper lifting techniques to maintain safety standards Maintain cleanliness and organization of rental areas, storage spaces, and emergency project venues Skillsem Proven experience in equipment rental management or hospitality environments, especially outdoor work experience Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and confidently in public speaking situations Knowledge of retail sales, cash handling, POS systems, and processing transactions efficiently Experience working with or in entertainment settings such as theater or resort environments is a plus Ability to manage conflict effectively while maintaining a positive attitude Familiarity with safety protocols working with clients on their projects.
