This role focuses on helping individuals and families understand their insurance options, preparing quotes, following up with prospects, reviewing coverage needs, and building long-term client relationships. What You'll Do Prepare auto, home, and life insurance quotes Follow up with prospective clients and incoming leads Review client coverage and identify additional insurance needs Explain insurance options and help clients select appropriate coverage Cross-sell additional insurance products Maintain accurate client and policy information Build and maintain long-term client relationships Work toward individual and team production goals Communicate with clients by phone, email, and in person What We're Looking For Strong communication and interpersonal skills Comfortable speaking with prospective and current clients Motivated by goals and performance-based compensation Organized and consistent with follow-up Professional, dependable, and self-motivated Previous insurance or sales experience is helpful, but not required Licensing A Property & Casualty insurance license is required for the position .
