We're looking for a motivated, energetic Account Manager to join our growing Client Experience team. In this role, you'll manage 50+ accounts, build strong relationships, spot growth opportunities, and keep clients confident that their marketing is in good hands. Manage a high-volume book of 50+ client accounts with excellence and care. Lead regular client calls, providing insights, recommendations, and updates. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Paid Media, Creative, Strategy) to deliver campaigns that hit client goals. Place ad tickets, ad health check tickets, and ensure timely execution. Conduct dashboard checks through our analytics platform, tracking KPIs and performance. Monitor, optimize, and strategize on client ad campaigns to drive measurable results. Manage client budgets and provide proactive recommendations for spend allocation. Communicate clearly and consistently with clients, ensuring they feel supported and valued.REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Proficiency in CRM platforms (HubSpot preferred) for client portfolio tracking and management Experience with analytics and reporting platforms (Burn Analytics or similar) to monitor performance and extract insights Familiarity with project management/ticketing systems for campaign and ad placement workflows Strong working knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) for communication, reporting, and collaborationPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
